I'm a full-time mum with three kids (4, 5 and 7) and Liam came to cover me for 9 days when I had engagements that kept me away from home.

Liam was extremely punctual (or shall I say always early), flexible (with my complicated schedule), accommodating (to my whimsical and last-minute changes), fun ("Liam is so funny"), and very reliable (yes!).

My kids warmed up to him immediately and wouldn't stop talking about him when I came home every night ("Liam this" "Liam that"), and looked forward to his arrival eagerly every day.

Liam is a good cook and a good homework assistant (a role I'd gladly be rid of) and an adventurer in that he undertook the challenge to take three kids out (one in a stroller) on an arduous and painstaking public transport journey involving the tube and bus all the way to the Battersea Park- a feat that even I as the mother wouldn't do. (Now they keep nagging me to do the same on the weekend, thank you very much.)

I was completely at ease with Liam as the caretaker and almost forgot I had kids toward the end. We all had a great time. Thank you and look forward to having you again soon.

I am a parent of a SEND child who struggles with lot of sensory processing. And this make it difficult for us especially when outdoors, for that I normally have Babysitters who can only stay with him at home but never let them take out my son, as I don't feel they can cope with him especially when is sensory overwhelmed.

So for us, Liam is the first person who can take him out for activities other than myself. My son needs a lot of patience to process things in his environment and most importantly he needs time to transition from one thing to another which can be challenging sometimes. Liam can always support his needs, he is extremely patience and empathetic towards my son because he also has a wider understanding of the needs of a child with Autism and this allows Liam to support my son the best way which meet is individual needs. Liam has been Godsend for our family.
